The Rutlands offers a warm welcome from Maxine and Paul, who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated, super clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast is delicious, with a fantastic selection.

Enjoyed our stay with a lovely breakfast, but the room was cramped for three adults.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was pleasant and immaculately clean with magnificent location close to the coach station. The breakfast was marvellous, a great selection of great food. Location: the property was just next door to the town centre as well as Coral Island and the Golden Mile.

The clean, comfy double room was so nice. A highlight was definitely the fresh towels daily and great chats with the owners.

The breakfast was delicious, with a full English with non-greasy bacon and sausage that hit the spot! The owners, taking your preferences into account and ensuring you start your day off right. I loved how they provided a lingering friendly atmosphere, with the husband and wife team genuinely engaging with guests like family!

An absoluteley 'charming' place, but the beds were springy and breakfast felt rushed-i mean, don't you want some peace while eating? As a special guest, i expected a complimentary gesture, but no such luck. Almost gave it a good review, but just couldn't.

We enjoyed a lovely stay with our kids and small dog. The breakfast was a real treat, especially the quality of the hot items. The location was just perfect, close to the beach and attractions without being too noisy at night.

My children wished for more space in the room.

I stayed in a Family Room with Shower for 3 nights. The room was cozy and well-kept, but a bit on the small side. The beds were super comfy, great for a good night's sleep. I really appreciated the cleanliness. It felt fresh and tidy daily. The shower could use a bit more power for a better experience.

Just came back from a lovely 2 nights! The place is super cozy and clean. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the cooked options, definitely worth waking up for! Had a great view of the tower from our room, but the room was a bit small for chilling out. Just 2 plug sockets made charging stuff a bit tricky.

It was just a prime choice for a weekend pause in Blackpool with fantastic value for money. The owners provided the best bacon buttie I've ever tasted, catering to all my dietary needs. Make sure to ask for extra pillows if you need comfort for a better night's sleep.

The Rutlands Bed & Breakfast offers an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from the central car park and within easy reach of Blackpool's main attractions such as the tower and Coral Island.
